  • Service Calls: Up to 3 per year, each up to 1 hour

  • Support: 24/7 text, chat, email, phone

  • Remote support: Reactive

Premium Plan:

• Price: $125/month or $1,500/year

  • On-site hours: Monday–Saturday 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. (Sundays not included, Reserved for Church and Family.)

  • Service Calls: Up to 6 per year, each up to 1 hour

  • Proactive monitoring: 24/7

  • Firmware updates: Monthly via OvrC

  • Dedicated 24/7 monitoring contact number

  • On-site preventative maintenance service
